Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order,
please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may
already be in processing or shipped, and changes mayno longer be possible.
All cancellations are subject to a $20 restocking fee to cover processing and
handling costs incurred once an order is placed. This policyhelps us maintain fast

We're confident in our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days
to experience their benefits. If you're still not satisfied, yoou can return the items
within 90 days for a refund. Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-

on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing your order to help usprocess your request
quickly.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returin shipping. While the
product purchase will be refunded in full, we do not provvide prepaid shipping labels.
You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping youirself. Refunds are issued
once we receive proof that the package has been shipped (such as a tracking
number or a clear image of the shipping receipt).
Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in eexcellent condition. However
if your product is damaged (defective or physically broken) upon arrival, please
report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@novareliefco.com with
clear photos of the damage. If eligible,

A replacement product (sent at no additional cost), on A refund for the defective item. A gentle reminder that only one resolution option (replacement or refund) may be

Please note: damage to packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged product.
Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for
refunds or replacements.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, delays outside of our control-such as
courier issues or customs-may occur. For any deliveryproblems, please contact the
courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delcayed packages once they
leave our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an
incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we can not
offer a resend or refund.

as smoothly as possible. If an order was placed using ain incorrect or incomplete
shipping address and the package has already been sfhipped, delivered, or returned

2. Refunds

because the shipping and processing costs have already been incurred on the first
